Rhodes+Brito awarded Contract to Remodel Common Spaces in Office Building at Cape Canaveral Port Authority

ORLANDO, Fla. - Rhodes+Brito Architects of Orlando was recently awarded a contract to design the remodeling of second floor common areas in the office building at the Cape Canaveral Port Authority.

Ruffin Rhodes, co-founder and partner at Rhodes+Brito Architects, said the work will include restrooms, egress corridor, lobby and HVAC upgrade.

Design work will get under way within the next 30 days at the 70,000 square foot Port Authority office building, Rhodes said, and construction is expected to start before the end of this year.
