ORLANDO, Fla. – A software programming “expert” at Data Transfer Solutions (DTS) recently earned his GSSP (Global Secured Software Programming) certification from the Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) organization.A.M. “Trey” Fragala, III, AICP, chief operating officer at the technology firm said DTS Programmer Rusty Phillips received the certification for his secured software programming. Phillips has been with DTS four years, Fragala said.
