Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division opens two bedroom model coach home, new phase at River Strand in Bradenton

BRADENTON, Fla. - Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division has opened a two bedroom model coach home and a new phase at River Strand, the gated, community within Heritage Harbour, located off S.R. 64 near I-75 Exit 220-East in Bradenton.

Matt Figlesthler, area sales manager for Lennar’s Southwest Florida division, said the new Hibiscus model coach home offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,800 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from the $220s. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances and diagonal tile throughout are among the model’s special features.

Figlesthler said only eight ready-to-move-in coach homes remain for sale in the first phase at River Strand Coach homes.

Home buyers at River Strand receive membership in the River Strand Golf and Country Club, which features the 27-hole championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills along with a 39,000 square foot members-only clubhouse featuring fine and casual dining, eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, an Aqua practice driving range, a 3,500 square foot fitness center with separate aerobics room and 24-hour access to homeowners.
