$4.26 Million Lake Wooten Park project in Tavares leads to new 6,000 square foot restaurant by Cotter-Ryan Commercial

LONGWOOD, Fla. - Cotter-Ryan Commercial LLC, based in Longwood is making an impact in the Tavares area.

The $4.26 million Lake Wooten Park marina and seaplane basin project that Tavares City Council recently approved this past summer is having an impact on the community and Cotter Ryan Commercial is helping with that impact.

The construction company reports it has been awarded a contract to build the 6,000 square foot restaurant facility across from city hall. Construction is expected to start immediately and complete early next year, said Scott Ryan, president of Cotter-Ryan Commercial, LLC.

The Longwood based company is also building the new 20,000 square foot Premier Surgery Center, located on Vindale Rd. off U.S. 441 in Tavares for developer Hari Holding, LLC of Tavares. The medical facility, which will include an 11,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center and 9,000 square feet of medical office space, is scheduled to open in the third quarter of next year.
