TAMPA, Fla. --- Beazer Homes recently acquired 68 home sites at Hampton Lakes, located off Race Track Road and Country Way Blvd. in Tampa.
David Byrnes, president of Beazer Homes in Florida, said Beazer will start construction of 68 neotraditional town homes at Hampton Lakes early next year.
Beazer will build town homes at Hampton Lakes that range from a two-bedroom, two-bath model with 1,300 square feet of living space---priced from the $150s---to a four-bedroom, two-bath unit with 1,850 square feet priced from $199,900.
Beazer Homes will start construction of the first seven-unit town home building in January, Byrnes said.
