ORLANDO, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, will start construction of two new model town homes in December at Tuscany Place, located on Millennia Blvd. and Florazante Avenue near the Mall at Millennia in southwest Orlando.
Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, said Mattamy Homes plans to build 114 new town homes at Tuscany Place and presales will start on Dec. 5.
New three bedroom town homes at Tuscany Place will range in size from 1,500 square feet of living space to 1,700 square feet with one and two-car garages priced from the $160s.
