ORLANDO, Fla. -- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, LLC, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, was recently awarded contracts to design interiors for three retail facilities at Village Crossroads retail center at The Villages in Lady Lake.
Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said the facilities include a Dollar Tree Store, Fantastic Sam’s Hair Salon and Casablanca Restaurant.
The three facilities total 15,000 square feet of retail space, Peterson said.
Developer Benchmark Properties awarded the contract.
