Jack W. Lynch, senior broker associate at NAI Realvest negotiated the transaction – the first condo sale in the upscale office building built in 2009 – representing the seller, 138th Place Properties, LLC of Windermere, Fla.
CPMP Enterprises of Central Florida, LLC from Bellview, Fla. purchased the property and was represented in the sale by Gary Inclan of South Central Real Estate, Inc.

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Awarded Contract to design three new retail facilities at The Villages in Lady Lake
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, LLC, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, was recently awarded contracts to design interiors for three retail facilities at Village Crossroads retail center at The Villages in Lady Lake.
Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said the facilities include a Dollar Tree Store, Fantastic Sam’s Hair Salon and Casablanca Restaurant.
The three facilities total 15,000 square feet of retail space, Peterson said.
Developer Benchmark Properties awarded the contract.

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently signed a renewal lease for 1,920 square feet of office space at The Citadel at 5950 Hazeltine National Drive in southeast Orlando.
Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the agreement on behalf of the landlord, Citadel Partners, Ltd., based at The Villages.
The tenant, Orlando-based Paper First Affiliates, LLC has occupied its space at The Citadel since 2002.
NAI Realvest is exclusive management and leasing representative for the property and West leads the leasing team at The Citadel.
