ORLANDO - Ashton Woods Homes will host a public grand opening in March at Eagles Landing at Westyn Bay, located on West Road (CR 437) off Ocoee-Apopka Road (SR 429) in Ocoee.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said one new model home under construction now will be completed in late February.
Ashton Woods Homes has 105 home sites at Eagles Landing at Westyn Bay priced from the low $200s. New homes range in size from 2,100 square feet of living space to 3,500 square feet.
