ORLANDO - Data Transfer Solutions, LLC, a leading providing in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), transportation planning, asset management, web applications, and video and multimedia production services to local governments and regional and state agencies throughout the U.S., has appointed David Buckley vice president of GIS Solutions.
A.M. “Trey” Fragala III, AICP, chief operating officer at Data Transfer Solutions, based in downtown Avalon Park, said Buckley is recognized as a leading consultant in GIS implementation planning and applications development throughout North America. He holds an undergraduate degree from York University in Toronto and a Master’s Degree from the University of Alberta, both in Geography.
“We are extremely excited to have David join our team.” Fragala said, adding “He has an innate ability to easily organize complex issues, and summarize technical GIS alternatives to meet client’s needs.”
Fragala said Buckley will support projects and business development opportunities across the country working closely with the DTS GIS geo-web software development team in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
