Don Lombardi, ALC, vice president who heads Commercial Florida Advisors, based in Tampa with offices in Orlando and Melbourne, said Beil is a Florida certified commercial property appraiser who has more than 10 years of experience in appraising. Beil is a graduate of the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business and has an extensive background in sales and property management.
