Melrose-Sovereign Appoints Rebecca Shaffrey Vice President of Property Management in Multi-Family Division


ORLANDO - Melrose-Sovereign Companies, which ranks as one of the largest community management companies in Florida, recently appointed Rebecca Shaffrey vice president of property management for the firm’s multi-family division.

Ellen Lumpkin, LCAM, co-founder and partner at the firm with Jack Hanson, said Shaffrey has more than 20 years of experience in property management. She earned her B.A. Degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, N.C., and completed graduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.

Melrose-Sovereign Companies manages properties for more than 170 developers, investors and owners throughout Florida. The firm now has eight offices throughout the state.
