ALTAMONTE SPRINGS - Emerson International recently opened the Emerson Plaza II luxury condominium the firm developed overlooking Cranes Roost Park in the Uptown Altamonte area and already the firm has leased 20 of the 60 luxury condominium units available in the last 30 days.
Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said he is delighted with the unexpectedly rapid pace of leasing and occupancy.
