SANFORD - Orlando Sanford International Airport recently leased 1,500 square feet of industrial space at Airport Commerce Center to Alcohol Countermeasures Systems Corp., a Toronto-based firm that installs automobile interlock systems ordered by the court.
Diane Crews, vice president of administration at Orlando Sanford International Airport, said the firm’s automobile interlock systems prevent drivers from operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Alcohol Countermeasures has signed a three-year lease and will provide installation, education and monitoring of the interlock systems.
