Lennar to Unveil “US Home” Brand Single-Family Homes Priced From the Low $100s at Cypress Creek in Riverview

TAMPA - Lennar is introducing its US Home brand with new single-family homes priced from the low $100s at Cypress Creek, located off 19th Ave. and U.S. Hwy. 301 in Riverview.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida division, said Lennar’s popular US Home brand focuses on building affordably-priced homes with fewer luxury upgrades but more options.

Lennar unveiled its US Home brand last year at South Fork in Riverview and at The Verandahs in Hudson.

At Cypress Creek, the first new model home is a two-story design with 1,810 square feet of living space and three bedrooms, along with a two-car garage.
