M/I Homes to Host Grand Opening March 27 to Showcase Two New Model Homes at Bella Vida in East Orlando

ORLANDO - M/I Homes will host a grand opening to showcase two new model homes from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 27 at Bella Vida, located at Avalon Park Blvd. at Timber Spring Blvd. in east Orlando.

Jeff Kaizer, vice president of sales and marketing for M/I Homes in the Orlando region, said M/I Homes will unveil two new single-family model homes and new floor plans at Bella Vida with free food, beverages and live entertainment.

The Capistrano model home at Bella Vida is a one-story home with four bedrooms, two baths, a family room, and flex room in 2,092 square feet of living space and a two-car garage is priced at $206,990.

The Solana model home, a two-story design that offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths plus loft in 2,892 square feet of living space is priced at $234,990.

M/I Homes is offering 13 new ready-to-move-in homes at Bella Vida in time to qualify for the $8,000 federal income tax credit incentive for new home buyers, Kaizer said.
