TAMPA - Beazer Homes recently opened two ready-to-move-in town homes and started construction of six more at Sawgrass Village, located on 49th Street south of Park Blvd. in Pinellas Park.
Kareyann Rhodes, sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said all eight homes will likely sell this summer. To make sure, Beazer Homes is sweetening their offer with free blinds, washers, dryers and refrigerators on the sale of new Sawgrass Village town homes.
But the price range — starting from the $140s for two and three bedroom town homes with two-and-a-half baths and one-car garages — should do the trick without the extra goodies Rhodes said. The town homes range from 1,416 square feet of living space to 1,496 square feet.
Rhodes said Sawgrass Village also features two and three bedroom town homes without garages that range in size from 1,208 square feet to 1,610 square feet priced from $109,900.
All town homes at Sawgrass Village are built with the Beazer’s eSMART features that increase energy and water efficiency and indoor air quality.
