Lennar to Host Grand Opening Swim-In July 31 with New Town Homes Priced From the $120s at The Retreat at Twin Lakes in Sanford

ORLANDO - Lennar will host a Grand Opening Swim-In from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, to showcase new town homes priced from under $130,000 at The Retreat at Twin Lakes, located on Twin Trees Lane west of Orange Blvd. and S.R. 46, across I-4 from Seminole Towne Center in Sanford.

David Parker, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Central Florida division in the Orlando region, said admission to the Grand Opening is free and the public is invited to enjoy the swimming pool and cabana area, where refreshments and prizes will be provided, and tours of model town homes.
