TAMPA, Fla. --- Beazer Homes has started construction of townhomes priced from $99,990 at the award-winning FishHawk Ranch, a gated, maintenance-free community located on Starling Crossing Drive in Lithia off Osprey Ridge Drive south of FishHawk Blvd.
Kareyann Rhodes, sales manager for the Tampa Division of Beazer Homes, said the first townhome building will open before the end of July. There will be a total of only 36 new townhomes available.
Rhodes said the first building includes two St. Croix floor plans with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,610 square feet priced from $119,990, and four St. Thomas floor plans with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,208 square feet, priced at $99,990. The bedrooms in the St. Thomas are designed as two master suites with private baths and walk-in closets. All six townhomes will receive free upgrades.
Beazer Homes is also building one-story twin villas at Starling Villas at FishHawk Ranch that offer the convenience of maintenance-free living with a single-family home feel.
The Augusta and Barrington twin villa homes offer three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage with an extended screened lanai.
The Augusta, priced from $182,990, offers 1,745 square feet of living space.
The Barrington offers 1,883 square feet of living space with a study or den priced from $192,990.
Rhodes said there are two twin villa homes at Starling at FishHawk Ranch that will be move-in ready for March, priced from $187,090 with a package of free upgrades, including stainless steel appliances, refrigerator and washer/dryer.
All new Beazer town homes and twin villas at FishHawk are built with Beazer’s eSMART features that include elements to increase energy and water efficiency and indoor air-quality.
