Data Transfer Solutions, LLC Awarded Two Contracts for Work on State Highways, Polk Parkway

ORLANDO - Data Transfer Solutions, LLC (DTS), based in Orlando’s Avalon Park, was recently awarded two contracts for work on state highways and Polk Parkway in Polk County.

A. M. “Trey” Fragala III, AICP, PMP, chief operating officer at Data Transfer Solutions, said the firm will provide mobile asset and LiDAR data collection as part of Marlin Engineering’s Statewide Transportation Statistics contract with the Fla. Department of Transportation (FDOT) central office.

Fragala said the multiyear IDIQ contract is valued at up to $5 million to the team.
DTS will also develop maintenance of traffic plans and road safety upgrades as a sub-consultant to Kimley Horn and Associates for work being done on the Polk Parkway in Polk County.
That contact is valued at $65,000, Fragala said.

DTS provides asset management, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), transportation planning/engineering, web design, database/software applications, and video and multi media production services to local governments and regional and state agencies throughout the U.S.
