LONGWOOD, Fla. --- Cotter Ryan Commercial LLC, based in Longwood, was recently awarded a contract to start work on a 1,500 square foot tenant improvement project that will be the new offices for the Orlando Podiatry Center at Osceola Corporate Center, off John Young Parkway in Kissimmee.
Scott Ryan, founder and president of Cotter Ryan Commercial, said the project is estimated at $97,000.
ATCO Limited Partnership is the developer of Osceola Corporate Center, Ryan said.
The work is expected to be completed in July, Ryan said.
