Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Completes Design Work on Prototype for Mexican Grill, Ale House Renovation

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, LLC based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, completed design work on a 2,200 square foot prototype restaurant for Chameleon Mexican Grill in Weston, Fla.

Lonnie Peterson, chairman at Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said Owner Wayne Gorsek plans four or five Mexican Grills in other locations in the state.

The architectural firm is currently finishing up design work on an Ale House renovation in Destin. Peterson said the Ale House will offer 8,452 square feet of space with a seating capacity of 249.

Cuhaci & Peterson is working with RFC General Contractors on the Ale House project.
