Maitland - NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new long-term retail lease agreement with Habaneros Mexican Restaurant for the 4,665 square foot former Village Inn restaurant facility at 13524 South John Young Parkway in Orlando.
Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor, principals at NAI Realvest negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Realty Income Corporation based in Escondido, Calif. Jeff Tanner of Coldwell Banker commercial NRT represented the tenant.
Habaneros plans a June opening of the restaurant with an unspecified number of seats, Cichocki said.
