JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a grand opening Saturday, June 18, to showcase their new single-family model home at Forest Hammock at Oakleaf Plantation, located at 423 Kirkland Ct., off Argyle Forest Blvd. at Orange Village Pwy. in Orange Park.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales and marketing for Pulte Homes in the North Florida region, said 177 new single-family homes are planned at Forest Hammock at Oakleaf in five distinctive floor plans that range from 1,266 square feet of living space to 2,371 square feet.
New Pulte homes at Forest Hammock at Oakleaf will be priced from the mid $100s and there is no CDD fee for residents, which is a rarity in Jacksonville given the level of amenities in the community.
