DEBARY, Fla. – Henin Signature Homes, a division of the Henin Group, has started construction of a new ready-to-move-in home at Riviera Bella, the luxury community the Henin Group is developing overlooking the St. Johns River in DeBary.
Jerome Henin, founder and president of Henin Group, said the two-story Maranello home, offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,244 square feet of living space priced at $210,000 with a two-car garage.
Henin Signature Homes presold two luxury homes in the Turino Designer Series within the last two weeks at prices ranging from the high $300,000s to $400,000.
