Mattamy Homes Names New Home Sales Counselors for Jacksonville Region

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, recently appointed four New Home Sales Counselors in the Jacksonville region.

Kerry Soltis, marketing manager for Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said Lisa Atkinson was named New Home Sales Counselor at Sevilla, located near the nationally recognized World Golf Village in St. Johns County.

Atkinson has more than 31 years of experience in the new home industry, Soltis said. Mattamy Homes builds one and two-story single-family homes at Sevilla priced from the $140s.

Lauren S. Braren was also named a New Home Sales Counselor to assist homebuyers at both Sevilla and Old Sebastian Point in St. Augustine.

Braren has more than two years of experience in new home sales with Arhur Rutenberg Homes in St. Augustine. Mattamy Homes builds one and two-story single-family homes at Old Sebastian Point priced from under $200,000

Susan Fredrickson was recently appointed New Home Sales Counselor at Kings Trace in St Augustine, minutes away from St. Augustine’s beaches, historic downtown, convenient retail shopping and excellent medical facilities.

Fredrickson has more than 15 years of experience in residential real estate sales and is an active member of the Homebuilders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council. Mattamy Homes builds new one and two-story single-family homes at King’s Trace priced from the low $150s.

Bonnie Evans was named a New Home Sales Counselor to assist new home buyers at Covenant Cove and at Cedar Bay on the north side of Jacksonville. Evans, a Mandarin resident, has more than 12 years of experience in new home sales. Mattamy is building three and four bedroom homes at Cedar Bay priced from the mid $150s.
