CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Ryland Homes has appointed Larry Barker a new home sales counselor at Baden Village at Regent Park, a new community of single-family homes priced from the $170s located near the Regent Park Golf Club just across the state line in Fort Mill, S.C.
Krista Long, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charlotte region, said Barker is a graduate of North Carolina State University and has 11 years of experience in sales and marketing, including four years in new home sales.
Barker speaks Spanish fluently.
Ryland Homes recently held its grand opening at Baden Village at Regent Park, which features a waterfront community clubhouse and swimming pool, along with walking trails.
