New Designs Highlight Lennar’s “Super Home” Series in Tampa Bay region

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar unveiled four new “Super Homes” designs in select Tampa Bay area neighborhoods that are priced from a low $59 per square foot.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the four new five, six and seven bedroom “Super Homes” designs range in size from 2,858 square feet of living space to 4,054 square feet and are priced from $189,990 to $295,990 depending on the community.

Metheny said the new “Super Homes” come with three-car garages and two-and-a-half, three or four baths.

All Lennar homes in the Tampa Bay region feature the home builder’s “Everything’s Included” offer of luxury features and upgrades at no extra charge.
