TAMPA, Fla. – Ryland Homes will host a grand opening Saturday, Aug. 27 to showcase its new Celebration model home at Live Oak, located off Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in New Tampa.
Tony Crimi, vice president of sales and marketing for the Tampa division of Ryland Homes, said the two-story Celebration model home offers three or four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,600 square feet of living space and a three-car garage.
Designed to accommodate a bonus room and a third full bath, the Celebration model home is priced from $209,990, Crimi added.
Ryland Homes plans to build 74 new three, four and five bedroom single-family homes in Pinewood Village at Live Oak priced from $177,990 to $212,490 and ranging in size from 1,853 square feet of living space to 2,984 square feet.
