ORLANDO, Fla. – Pulte Homes will host a grand opening and wine tasting on Thursday Sept. 8 to showcase its new Cayman II luxury model town home at VillageWalk at Lake Nona, off Narcoossee Rd. south of S.R. 528 in southeast Orlando.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes, said visitors need to RSVP prior to the event in order to gain security gate access.
Priced from $219,990, the Cayman II town home optionally features three or four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths or three baths in 1,835 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.
