ORLANDO, Fla. --- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects LLC, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, was recently awarded a contract to design the renovation of a Publix supermarket and adjacent retail shop space at U.S. 41 and Golden Gate Parkway in Naples.
Lonnie Peterson, chairman at Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said the new Publix will offer 55,000 square feet of grocery store space, an increase from the current 47,000 square feet. The renovation project will give the shopping center a new look with neutral colors and stone and tile work.
The Publix retail center is being developed by Centro Properties Group.
