Lake Forest, Fla. --- Tolaris Homes based in Lake Forest off S.R. 46 west of Sanford marked completion of a $120,000 remodeling project at a luxury home in Lake Forest recently with an open house to show off their work.
Most of the more than 125 people who attended the event were Lake Forest neighbors, said Tolaris Homes president Rick Bavec.
Bavec said Tolaris completed the project in less than 45 days, updating the home’s interior and retrofitting several new technologies to make the home more energy-efficient.
