SOUTH DAYTONA, Fla. --- Winston-James Development, developer of Beville Road Business Park in South Daytona, reported it recently closed on a new expansion lease agreement at Beville Road Business Park.
Winston Schwartz, president of Winston-James Development, said Distinctive Décor, which markets sports memorabilia, expanded into 1,050 of office, retail and warehouse space at Beville Road Business Park.
