DEBARY, Fla. – The Henin Group, which is developing the Riviera Bella luxury community in DeBary, has appointed veteran home builder Fred Colwell as operations manager.
Jerome Henin, who heads the Henin Group, said Colwell has more than 30 years of experience building homes and formerly owned his own custom home building company.
Colwell is an Air Force veteran, Henin said.
