Villages of Royal Palm Reports Record Winter Sales of Homes

PORT ORANGE, Fla. --- The Villages of Royal Palm reports near record sales in December and January.

Winston Schwartz, president of the South Daytona firm Winston-James Development, Inc. developer of The Villages of Royal Palm, said home sales at the community topped the $1 million mark in December and again in January.

New two and three bedroom single family homes at The Villages of Royal Palm range in size from 1,300 square feet of living space to 1,600 square feet and are priced from the $150s.
