CLERMONT, Fla. --- Heritage Hills, Lennar’s award-winning active adult community located on Hartwood Marsh Road, east of U.S. 27 in Clermont, will host a Country Fish Fry from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, with live entertainment and plenty of foods and beverages.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the event is free and open to the public at the Community Clubhouse Grand Ballroom at Heritage Hills.
“We’ll have plenty of food and music and a good time,” Metheny said. “This is a chance for potential home buyers to come meet Heritage Hills residents and see what we have to offer,” he said.
Lennar builds single-family homes at Heritage Hills priced from the $150s with its “Everything’s Included” offer, which lumps thousands of dollars worth of features and upgrades under a single sale price.
Heritage Hills features an 18,890 square foot community clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, card and billiards rooms, aerobics studio, bocce ball courts, lighted tennis courts, social director, private vineyards and olive grove, fitness and biking trails, and golf simulator.
