LENNAR OPENS NEW MODEL COACH HOME AT THOUSAND OAKS IN TRINITY

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division recently opened a new model coach home at Thousand Oaks in Trinity, located at 9885 Trumpet Vine Loop off Trinity Blvd., south of S.R. 54 in Pasco County.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the Antigua model home offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,971 square feet of living space with a one car garage.

The Antigua model home is priced from the $170s, Metheny said.

Lennar is building town homes and coach homes at Thousand Oaks priced from the $120s.
