Orlando, Fla. – Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which ranks as the number one homebuilder in both the Orlando and Tampa Bay markets in 2011, will host an exclusive Realtor reception from 5 to 7 p.m. May 10 at Emerson Park located off Ocoee-Apopka Road near S.R. 429 in Apopka.
Lennar will unveil its ACES program for Realtors at the event, and a test for Realtors to qualify to earn added commissions on sales, said Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division.
Metheny said qualifying Lennar ACES Realtors can earn an extra one percent commission on sales of new Lennar move-in ready homes at Emerson Park and other Lennar communities in the Orlando region.
