Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Realtors will receive an additional one percent commission – or a total of six percent – on sales of new ready-to-move-in homes in all Lennar communities if they register for Lennar’s ACES Realtor program at www.lennarlovesrealtors.com and successfully complete the online orientation program and pass the test.
