ORLANDO, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a Grand Opening event on Saturday, June 2 unveiling the new single family community Windermere Terrace, located off Overstreet Road in Windermere.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes in Central Florida, said the Grand Opening event will include food trucks and live music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. along with tours of the Madison model home. The event is free and the public is invited to attend.
Windermere Terrace features wooded conservation and pond view homes. Strickler said the eight new single family home designs offered at Windermere Terrace starting from the $240s have three to six bedrooms with two to four baths and range from 1,744 to 3,649 square feet with two and three car garages.
Strickler said Windermere Terrace amenities include a community swimming pool and cabana, top-rated Windermere schools, and upscale shopping or dining within minutes of the community with easy access to Orlando’s downtown and international airport.
Many of the new homes at Windermere Terrace feature Pulte’s Life TestedTM new home designs that include the Pulte Planning Center, the perfect place for homework, and Drop Zone, similar to a northern mud room with a place to leave shoes and backpacks before entering the living area. These plans also include studies, game rooms, and additional structural features to customize each home.
