ORLANDO, Fla. --- New Home Star, which is entering the Central Florida market, now offers Florida home builders and developers a wide range of services including residential real estate sales staffing and training in addition to strategic marketing.
Bill Traback, Florida regional director for New Home Star, said the company is headquartered in Chicago and has offices in Denver, Colorado Springs, Illinois, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
Traback said New Home Star plans to relocate its national headquarters to Central Florida later this year. The company is already working with Park Square Homes in Orlando.
Traback has more than 20 years of experience in community development, home building and residential real estate sales, including executive positions with Ashton Woods Homes and D.R. Horton.
“Our mission is to help community developers and home builders sell more homes,” Traback explained. “We bring decades of experience, the latest technology and a powerful, proven record of training and incentives to motivate real estate professionals to perform at their highest levels, while providing greater control and visibility to their builders.” he said.
