PALM COAST, Fla. – ABD Development Company has started construction of two new luxury homes at Toscana, located off I-95 and Old Kings Road in Palm Coast.
Yuval Botansky, president of ABD Development Company, said new construction at Toscana includes a Courtyard II model home which offers fourbedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in 2,700 square feet of living space priced from the $435,000.
Botansky said a second luxury home under construction at Toscana has already been sold.
ABD Development Company is the developer of Toscana which features four, five and six-bedroom homes on half acre homesites.
