First Green Bank Board Member named one of Florida’s 2012 Super Lawyers

Mount Dora, Fla. – Shannon McLin Carlyle, a member of First Green Banks’ board of directors and a member of The Carlyle Appellate Law firm was recently named one of Florida’s Super Lawyers for 2012.

Carlyle, who has been a board member of First Green Bank since 2009, is an appellate attorney at the law firm, which has offices in The Villages, Orlando, Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Carlyle was named Florida Super Lawyer for the seventh year in a row. The list, which comprises the top five percent of Florida’s attorneys, is the result of an evaluation of 12 indicators that include achievements and peer review.

Kenneth LaRoe, chairman and chief executive officer of First Green Bank, said Carlyle is a standout member of the bank’s board of directors.

“We are delighted to learn that Shannon has been named one of Florida’s top lawyers for the seventh year in a row,” LaRoe said. “She is an outstanding resource and one big reason First Green Bank has earned its place as one of Florida’s leading community banks,” he said.
