Lennar’s ACES Program offering Six Percent Commissions is on for Top Orlando Area Realtors that sell by July 31, close by Aug. 31

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division recently has been offering top area Realtors six percent commissions on the closings of select new ready-to-move-in homes throughout its communities in the Orlando, Clermont and Space Coast areas.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Realtors must sell by July 31 and close by Aug. 31 to receive an additional one percent commission – or a total of six percent – on sales of new move-in ready Lennar homes.

Metheny said the extra one percent is earned if Realtors register for Lennar’s ACES Realtor program at www.lennarlovesrealtors.com and successfully complete the online orientation program and pass the test.
