TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division will host a grand opening July 28 to showcase two new single family model homes at Concord Station, located on S.R. 54 two miles east of the Suncoast Parkway in Land O’Lakes in Pasco County.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the new Monte Carlo model home offers five bedrooms and three baths with a bonus room in 3,210 square feet of living space. The Monte Carlo model home features a three car garage.
The new Mayflower model home offers four bedrooms and three baths with a bonus room in 2,529 square feet with a two-car garage.
Guests at the grand opening can also preview the Independence model – Lennar’s new NextGen™ Home within a Home, which offers five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths in 3,357 square feet of living area with a three-car garage. The Independence floorplan features a complete separate living suite with eat-in kitchenette, living room, bedroom with walk-in closet, private bath and private entrance.
The grand opening event, from noon to 3 p.m., is free and open to the public. Refreshments and food will be available, along with games for the kids.
Metheny said Lennar is building 115 new homes in the current phase at Concord Station.
New homes at Concord Station are priced from the low $200s.
