ORLANDO, Fla. – Park Square Homes has started construction of two new designer model homes on Natoma Blvd. at Summerbrooke off U.S. 441 near SR 46 in Mount Dora.
Vishaal Gupta, president and chief operating officer at Park Square Homes, said the new Florida Series of model homes was designed especially for the Mount Dora area.
The Margate model home, with three bedrooms and two baths, offers 2,000 square feet of living space priced from the $160s.
The Pensacola model home, which features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in 2,572 square feet of living space, is priced from the $180s.
Gupta said both new model homes will open in August.
Park Square Homes is building 68 new homes at Summerbrooke priced from $154,900 to $204,900.
