Tolaris Homes earns contracts for major remodeling of luxury homes in Winter Park and Lake Brantley area

LAKE FOREST, Fla. –Tolaris Homes based in Lake Forest off S.R. 46, was recently awarded contracts to complete major remodeling work on two luxury homes – one in Winter Park and one in the Lake Brantley area of Maitland.

Rick Bavec, president of Tolaris Homes, said his firm will renovate the kitchen and add a guest bedroom and bath to a 4,000 square foot luxury home on Morse Blvd. in Winter Park.

Tolaris will add a bedroom and bath to a 4,400 square foot luxury home in Maitland.

Bavec said work will get underway immediately and the budget for both projects totals close to $100,000.
