TAMPA, Fla. --- Ryland Homes has started presales of 110 new two and three bedroom town homes that come with private elevators and a sandy stretch of beach on the Gulf of Mexico at the gated community of Sea Forest in Holiday.
Tony Crimi, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said Sea Forest might be the perfect place to live.
“We plan to build 110 new two and three bedroom townhomes in the new phase at Sea Forest that range in size from 1,509 square feet of living space to 1,607 square feet,” he said.
The new townhomes will offer one-car garages, balconies and private open courtyards on the first floor. Each townhome will have its own elevator, Crimi said.
Ryland’s new townhomes at Sea Forest are priced from $156,990 to $164,990.
“That’s an amazing price for a gated community with beach access,” he said.
Sea Forest will feature two community swimming pools, a dog park and a fitness center.
“The most outstanding amenity at Sea Forest is clearly the beach” Crimi added.
Community residents will have access to a sparkling 1,500 foot sandy beach on the Gulf.
