ICI Homes’ New president of Orlando, Tampa Divisions is Hitting the Ground Running

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. --- ICI Homes’ new president of its Orlando and Tampa divisions, Tim Oak, is hitting the ground running and projects an upsurge in the area’s housing market and growth for ICI Homes in Orlando and Tampa. Oak, a veteran homebuilding executive with more than 25 years of experience, said he projects ICI’s growth in 2013 to be on the upswing and sees four new communities in the Orlando and Tampa areas. Right now ICI Homes is active in three Orlando area communities and one in Tampa. “I sense a major recovery in the area housing market. Buyers are beginning to feel the housing recovery is real,” he said. Before joining ICI Homes Oak was an executive with the homebuilding division of WCI Communities serving more than 23 years as its West Florida division president.
