NAI Realvest Negotiates Industrial Leases totaling 7,000 Square feet in Casselberry and Sanford

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement and a renewal lease at industrial centers in Casselberry and Sanford for a total of 7,000 square feet. NAI Realvest Associate Michael Heidrich, Jr. along with Michael Heidrich, Sr., a principal in the firm, represented the tenant National Installations & Services, Inc. in a new lease agreement for 2,000 square feet at 360 Melody Lane in Casselberry. Robin Weeks of RJ Weeks, Inc. represented the local landlord Melody Lane Partners, Ltd. In Sanford Heidrich Jr. negotiated a renewal lease of 5,000 square feet representing the tenant Uni Select USA, Inc. d/b/a Parts Depot Inc. The local landlord, Riverboat Landing, Inc. was represented in the transaction by Clark Brandt of Bywater Company.
